Specializes in project finance, acquisition finance, structured finance and securitization, leveraged finance, including high-yield bonds projects, restructuring and other complex financing transactions, in particular, in the energy, infrastructure, motor industry, and real property sectors. Also specializes in sustainability financing, factoring, and leasing transactions.
Has broad experience advising clients on both lender and borrower sides across a wide range of cross-border and local financing transactions, in both bilateral and syndicated deals.
Regularly recognized in the IFLR1000 and Legal 500 rankings as a banking & finance expert.
Also holds a master in economics from the Poznań University of Economics, with a degree in finance and accounting specialized in capital investments and corporate financing strategies, and is also a graduate of a law and finance postgraduate program focusing on sustainable finance at the University of Warsaw.
