He specialises in company law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions and corporate services for commercial companies. He has over 10 years’ experience in providing legal advice to businesses.
On a day-to-day basis, he handles the day-to-day corporate affairs of businesses and manages reorganisation processes, including cross-border ones. He also advises on M&A transactions, participating in every stage of the investment process.
He provides comprehensive legal support in the areas of company formation, transformation, merger, division and liquidation.
Before joining MJH, he gained experience at renowned domestic and international law firms, advising both Polish and foreign entities. He was involved in establishing Poland’s first Alternative Investment Company (ASI) structure.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
